The short version: Moggykit collects as little as possible, sets no tracking cookies, and never sells your data.
Analytics
We use Clicky to count visits and see which of the tools people actually use. We run it with cookies switched off, so it stores nothing on your device and nothing about your visit follows you to other sites.
What it records is ordinary web traffic: the page you looked at, the site or search that sent you here, any link you follow away from Moggykit, and general technical details such as browser, operating system and country. We read it as aggregate figures. There is nothing to sign into anywhere on this site, so there is no name, no email address and no profile attached to any of it.
Cookies
The public site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and the analytics above are run without cookies of any kind. Any cookies are strictly functional (for example, remembering a light or dark theme preference).
The cat data
The images and records served by the tools are public-safe by design. They carry no location information, and all photograph metadata, including GPS, is stripped. The data originates from Associação Ambiental da Via da Estrela, and a cat can be withdrawn at any time, after which its images and records are deleted.
